take a city scape picture at night. I found the perfect location in East St. Louis perfect situated behind the Casino Queen. Apparently it was built as an observation deck for this very purpose. It was extremely hot and I had my towel to wipe the pouring sweat. I was sweating like Samuel L. Jackson in the movie, "Time to Kill "....haha.There was an airplane that flew by but I couldn't capture the image. I did however capture a slow moving barge that floated by. If you look closely you can see the green streak in the water from the barge.
